AJJF 2004 Convention

Those that went to the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation’s annual convention held in Sacramento, CA had a great time. Thanks to the sponsoring dojo for holding an enjoyable get together. Words of note from Medford Judo’s participation:

Sensei McKean’s deceased teacher was recognized for his hard work
Sensei McKean’s rank outside of the AJJF was officially recognized
Sensei Shehorn won 3rd place in the sandan and above national freestyle championships
Sensei Rubak won 3rd place in the nidan national freestyle championships
Sensei Rubak won the Kokua Cup’s grappling contest
Of the 53 teachers running classes this weekend, three were from Medford Judo
