- From standard starting position, uke stiff-arms you with right arm. Pin uke’s right hand to your chest with your right hand.
- Place your right foot on uke’s left hip and thrust/kick out and away from you as you sit down on the floor at uke’s feet.
- Your left foot circles up and over uke’s head during the fall so that your foot ends up (toes down) under uke’s neck (your achilles tendon on uke’s throat).
- Keep uke’s hand straight and locked tightly to your chest as you roll your knee over uke’s arm toward the floor applying the arm lock to uke’s elbow.
